摘 要 在全球一体化的背景下，外商在华直接投资随着中国改革开放步伐的加快及日益与国际经济秩序接轨有了很大发展，外商直接投资作为我国吸引外资的主要形式大量涌入。外商直接投资作为我国经济发展的重要资金来源，不但缩小了经济发展的资金缺口，还为我们带来了较为先进的技术设备和管理理念、推动了产业结构升级、扩大了就业、增加了国家的财政收入、对我国的经济发展和社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善等方面起了极大的作用，其中最为显著的就是对我国出口贸易的拉动作用。 外商投资企业对我国出口贸易产生了重要影响，这种影响主要表现在以下几个方面：一是对我国外贸出口的；二是对我国贸易方式的改变增长；三是对我国出口商品结构的改善。总的来说，外商直接投资企业促进了中国出口贸易数量的增长，改变了出口商品结构，使出口贸易方式发生了顺应国际生产趋势的变化。当然，这些影响不全是积极影响，也有消极方面的影响。像弱化产业联系、加剧地区差距、三资企业的贸易逆差以及不利于我国商品结构高级化等。 关键词：外商直接投资 出口贸易 积极影响 Abstract With the quickening and integrating with the international economic order day by day of paces of Chinas reform and opening-up, under the integrated background of the whole world, foreign businessmans direct investment in China has grown a lot, foreign businessman direct investment absorb main forms of the foreign capitals pour in in a large amount as our country.
