企业物流外包发展趋势研究摘 要 随着经济和信息技术的不断发展，合理、高效、科学的物流管理模式逐渐成为现代企业提高物流运作效率、降低物流运营成本、增强市场竞争力的关键。而物流外包这一模式的出现和发展恰恰为大部分的现代企业解决了降低成本及提高竞争力两方面的运行阻碍，使企业能够更轻松更迅捷的发展。 该文希望通过对我国企业物流业务外包进行了系统的研究，提出了具体的建议，加强物流业务外包在企业中的应用。通过物流业务外包使企业更关注于自己的核心业务，达到合理利用企业资源，建立核心竞争力，降低成本，增加盈利，提高效率，保持企业的活力和竞争力，具有一定的理论和现实意义。 本文首先介绍了物流的相关理论，其中详细阐述了物流和物流外包的概述、及企业物流业务外包的原因和主要供应商。其次，介绍国内外物流业务外包的状况，及影响我国物流外包发展的原因。再次，对企业实施外包对策进行了研究。最后，分析企业物流外包的风险防范，并提出了防范风险的具体措施的建议。 关键词：物流；物流外包；发展趋势 ABSTRACT With the continuous development of economy and information technology, reasonable, efficient, scientific and logistics management mode has gradually become a modern enterprise to improve logistics efficiency and reduce cost of logistics operators, and enhance the market competitiveness of the key. The emergence and development of this model of logistics outsourcing is precisely to solve most of the modern enterprise to reduce costs and increase competitiveness run hinder, so that enterprises can more easily and more rapid development. This paper carried out a systematic study of Business Logistics Outsourcing in China, put forward specific recommendations to strengthen the logistics outsourcing in the enterprise.
