主要用途和适用范围
本机器适用于对无缝钢管、镀锌管、衬塑管等各种规格的管材端部滚压环形沟槽以安装环形管卡,从而达到快速安装管道的目的。是建筑行业管道施工部门的理想安装工具。

传动系统
本机器主运动是由减速电机通过十字滑块联轴器直接带动主轴转动,减小了机械功率损失。进给运动是由手动液压系统完成。
电气系统
滚槽机的电气原理图见图2。由一只电动机、一只倒顺开关及连接电缆组成。由开关控制正转、停止、反转。负载仅为一台电动机,用户供电电源应与电机上的要求一致:三相电源、380V。开动机器前,必须保证地线(黑色)安全接地。
操作与调整
1.四根钢管由下向上装入底座四个孔中
并紧固(图1)。按图3所示将托架安装好。
空机空转,检查机器的转动情况。
钢管放在滚花轮和托架上,转动手柄(见图3)将托架调整至合适高度,使钢管和主轴成平行状态。托架的安放位置大约在管子总长的3/4处。
开机时,先让钢管空转,观察有无向外
跑管现象,如跑管,必须重新调整托架
方向和高度,或者切换倒顺开关,改变
电机旋转方向。只有空转不向外跑管,方
可施压。旋紧卸压阀, 刚开始可以快速
摇动手柄(图4)以便压 出最初的压痕,以后
只能缓慢地摇动手柄。每施压一次手柄至少要等钢管转动一圈以上。
压槽深度调整及限位。先松开调整螺母,测量压出一种规格第一个槽的深度要求后,锁紧调整螺母6 (图1)。然后每个槽深度压到手柄使用力度增大时,停止摇动手柄
