学号：200910321057 上海海事大学 本科生毕业设计（论文） T型开槽三角形贴片双模微带带通滤波器的研究 学院：信息工程学院 专业：电子信息工程 班级：092 姓名：姜文俊 指导教师：张友俊 完成日期：2013年5月24日  摘 要 随着电子通信系统在各领域应用的飞速发展，由于微波滤波器设计时具有独特的优点，模微带滤波器越来越得到重视。对于早期提出的三角形谐振器，它们存在体积大，不利于滤波器的小型化，贴片之间靠缝隙耦合，导致插入损耗比较大，滤波器的频率响应一般只有一个衰减极点。本文不使用传统的缝隙耦合，而采用直接抽头馈线作为输入输出，减小插入损耗；不使用多级片破坏对称性等激起双模，而采用开T型槽激起双模。这样的三角形贴片滤波器有两个衰减极点在通带两侧，阻带的抑制能力得到加强,有利于小型化且性能更优。 关键字：微带带通滤波器， 双模， T型开槽， 三角形贴片 Abstract With the rapid development of the electronic communication system in variety of the fields，the dual-mode microstrip filters have been put more emphasis on because of the unique advantages when being designed.For the triangular resonator raised in the early time，It have relatively large insertion loss because of the patches are coupling by the gap and have only one transmission zeros.In this paper，ee use a pair of parallel inset feed lines without using the coupling gap so that problem is no longer exists and the insertion loss is decreases.We use the triangular patch with a T-slot in it instead of using multiple patches to simulate the degenerate mode.In this way,there are two attenuation poles on both sides of the passband to improve the stopband rejection and ensure the filter miniaturization and the better performance.
