Abstract
In conventional metal hot extrusion process, as a result of the blank shape and the uneven distribution of temperature, causes the product size, shape, microstructure and mechanical properties, such as nonuniformity, and the isothermal extrusion for decreasing the inhomogeneity, is an ideal method. In the course of the extrusion, extrusion die die deformation zone near the metal temperature is always constant or basic constant, in order to keep the uniformity of deformation resistance and flow of metal in the, so that the parts material obtain more uniform structure and mechanical properties. According to the existing study of isothermal extrusion technology, the closed-loop control of isothermal extrusion technology has now become the most advanced isothermal extrusion technology. But because of the existing measuring and control technology, this method is difficult to prevail in the actual process of extrusion. Through the analysis of the references, the study of isothermal extrusion technology related issues at home and abroad, understand the future trend of the development of isothermal extrusion technology. Adopt the method of numerical simulation and finite element analysis of the principle of aluminium and aluminium alloy isothermal extrusion technology to explore, to explore the implementation method of isothermal extrusion technology on aluminum alloy manufacture, scientific basis and the matters needing attention, reveals the production rule of isothermal extrusion system, lay the ground for isothermal extrusion technology on aluminum alloy production provides a scientific and feasible way of thinking, has the vital significance.
