盐溶液分级对番茄、辣椒、黄瓜种子萌发的影响   摘要:利用0(清水)、5%、10%、15%、20%浓度的NaCl和KH2PO4溶液分级番茄、辣椒、黄瓜种子,研究不同分级种子的千粒重和萌发能力。结果表明,番茄种子千粒重随着分级溶液浓度增加呈增大趋势,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数呈先增大后降低的趋势,KH2PO4溶液处理最大发芽势和最大发芽指数均高于NaCl溶液处理;辣椒种子千粒重随着分级溶液浓度增加呈增大趋势,各级种子发芽率无显著差异,盐溶液处理种子的发芽势、发芽指数均低于清水处理种子;黄瓜种子千粒重、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数随溶液浓度增大呈增大趋势,KH2PO4溶液处理最大发芽指数高于NaCl溶液处理。可见,番茄种子可利用5%KH2PO4溶液分级,辣椒种子不宜用盐溶液分级,黄瓜种子可用15% KH2PO4溶液分级。   关键词:番茄;辣椒;黄瓜;种子;盐溶液分级;萌发   中图分类号:S330.3;S641.3 文献标识码:A 文章编号:0439-8114(2016)19-5059-03   DOI:10.14088/ki.issn0439-8114.2016.19.040   Abstract: The seed grading of tomato, pepper and cucumber was carried out by 0,5%,10%,15%,20% NaCl and KH2PO4 solution,to study the grain weight and germination ability of different seeds. The results showed that with the increase of grading levels,the grain weight of tomato seeds was increased, and the germination rate, germination potential and germination index were first increased and then decreased.Compared with the treatment of NaCl solution,the maximum germination potential and germination index of KH2PO4 solution treatment were higher. With the increase of grading levels, the grain weight of pepper seeds was increased,the germination rate of the seeds at all levels have no significant difference, and the germination potential and germination index of NaCl solution treatment were lower than those of the clear water treatment. The grain weight,germination rate,germination potential and germination index of cucumber seeds were increased with the increase of grading levels. The maximum germination index of KH2PO4 solution treatment was higher than that of NaCl solution treatment. The conclusion suggested that the tomato seed should be classified by 5% KH2PO4 solution,and the pepper seed grading should be not suitable by salt solution, and the cucumber seed should be classified by 15% KH2PO4 solution.
