研究生团组织与班级建设相结合的工作探讨 　　摘 要 随着研究生招生数量不断增多，研究生趋于年轻化，导致了研究生团员比例日趋增加，共青团在研究生群体中所发挥的思想引领作用越来越大。因此，加强研究生团建工作，发挥共青团在团结和联系青年方面的优势，依靠团组织的凝聚力和号召力，与研究生班级建设相结合，打造“团支部班集体”概念，依托团支部开展符合研究生身心健康发展的校园文化活动，既是加强和改进研究生思想政治教育的有效途径，更是新时期巩固团的阵地建设，拓宽团的服务领域，扩大团的工作覆盖面的必然要求，也是对研究生管理模式进行新的探索。 　　关键词 研究生 团组织建设 班级建设 　　中图分类号：G643 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkz.2016.09.019 　　Study on the Work of the Combination of the Postgraduates 　　Communist Youth League and the Class Construction 　　QIAN Long[1]， YAN Weitao[2]， CAI Jifeng[2]， TANG Yuan[1]， ZHA Lagabaiyila[2] 　　（[1] Xiangya School of Public Health， Central South University， Changsha， Hunan 410008； 　　[2] School of Basic Medical Science， Central South University， Changsha， Hunan 410013） 　　Abstract With the increasing enrollment of graduate students， graduate students tend to be younger， leading to the increasing proportion of graduate students， the Communist Youth League in the graduate student groups play a leading role in the role of more and more. Therefore， strengthen the Students League building work， play the leagues advantages in terms of unity and contact the youth， rely on group cohesion and appeal， combining and class construction of graduate students， to create the concept of Collective Class League branch， rely on to carry out the Mission Branch conform to the development of physical and mental health of campus cultural activities， graduate， is the strengthening and improvement of the students effective ways of Ideological and political education， is in the new period to consolidate regiment positions construction， broaden the service field of the group， the group to expand the coverage of the inevitable requirement， and also the new exploration to the study of student management mode. 　　Key words postgraduates； construction of Communist Youth League； class construction 　　随着我国硕士研究生招生规模的不断扩大，研究生比例明显提高，且有年轻化趋势。共青团作为我国青年工作的主要阵地，越来越重视研究生团建和管理模式的探讨，为更好地帮助青年学生成长成才，研究生与共青团、班集体有机结合的方式成为一种趋势。本文将从研究生共青团的现状及团建班建模式进行探讨，为研究生思想政治教育工作提供
