闭环传感器系统综合实验设计与实现 摘要：基于GSY-998B传感器综合实验仪，调试和分析了电阻应变片式传感器，差动变压器式传感器的特性，差动变压器零残余电压的补偿，差动螺旋管式传感器的静态位移特性，差动变面积电容式传感器的静态特性，霍尔式传感器的应用和电涡流式传感器的静态标定。在以上实验的基础上，设计实现了由电涡流传感器与激振器构成的闭环传感器系统，分析了闭环传感器系统的传递函数，考核了其性能指标。记录各传感器的实验数据，并用Matlab做出各个传感器的实测曲线和参考曲线，得出理论输出值，然后找出各个传感器实际输出与理论输出的最大差值Ymax和实际的YFS，得到线性度。根据各个传感器的实测数据计算每个传感器的灵敏度S。 关键词：综合实验、闭环传感器、线性度、灵敏度 Design and Implementation of Comprehensive Experiment of Closed-loop Sensor System Abstract：GSY-998B sensor based on a comprehensive test instrument, debug and analysis of the resistance strain gauge sensor, differential transformer-type sensor characteristics, the residual voltage differential transformer zero compensation, differential spiral static displacement sensor characteristics, the differential change area of the static capacitive sensor characteristics, the application of Hall sensors and eddy current sensor static calibration. Based on the experiment on above，design by the eddy current sensor and vibration sensor system consisting of closed-loop, analysis of the closed-loop transfer function of the sensor system, assessment of its performance indicators. Records of the experimental data of each sensor, with Matlab made of each sensor measurements curves and reference curve. Then find out the maximum difference between each sensor output and theory of the output value, can get the linearity. According to the measured data of various sensors can calculate the sensitivity of each sensor S.
