关于我国商业银行 信息披露制度改良问题的研究 内 容 提 要 现阶段，我国加入世界贸易组织后的过渡时期早已结束，国有商业银行不得不面对金融业全面开放，外资银行大量涌入，国际竞争越加激烈。同时，我国商业银行也必须适应时代的潮流，走出国门，走向国外，努力将自身国际化。这就要求我国商业银行要在国际市场上寻求机会，争取得到投资与融资，在国际资本市场上获得大量的资金，用于自身发展，以求达到改善资本结构，增强自身的竞争实力的目的。因此，对我国国有商业银行来说，顺利完成向现代商业银行的转变，保证在国际市场上具有长期的竞争力，是一项很大的挑战。这就要求我国商业银行改良信息披露制度，使其自身的信息披露状况达到国际要求的标准水平，才可以为自身与国际接轨打好基础，走向国际化。本文就我国现有经济制度体系下，商业银行信息披露制度进行研究。全面理解国际信息披露制度的要求，充分认识到完善、透明、充分的信息披露的重要性。根据信息披露制度的规范性要求，重新审视自身信息披露的状况，发现信息披露制度中的不足，并寻求方法措施以求改善，做到商业银行信息披露的公平、公正、公开及全面。 关键词：商业银行 信息披露制度 规范体系 披露标准 Abstract At present, commercial Banks have to face the financial industry comprehensive opening, the massive influx of foreign capital bank and the international competition is increasingly fierce. At the same time, our country commercial bank must adapt to the trend of The Times. This requires commercial Banks to improve their information disclosure system , make its own information disclosure condition to achieve international standards level, providing a basis for themselves in line with international standards, towards internationalization. In this paper, under the existing economic system in China, we discuss the commercial bank information disclosure system . To fully understand the international information disclosure requirements, recognize the improvement, transparent and the importance of information disclosure. According to the normative requirements of information disclosure system, to re-examine its own information disclosure situation, found that the deficiency of information disclosure system, and seeking ways to slove, make the commercial bank information disclosure be fair and just, opening and comprehensive.
