CSTR反应器抗扰动能力的稳态模拟与动态模拟研究摘要:本文以环氧丙烷水合法制1,2-丙二醇为例,对CSTR反应器抗扰动能力的稳态模拟和动态模拟进行了对比研究,分析了进料温度扰动对CSTR反应器转化率的影响。研究结果表明:当反应器在进料温度T0=297.15K的条件下稳定操作时,若进料温度受到扰动升高时,稳态模拟与动态模拟的结果一致,转化率变化较小;当进料温度受到扰动降温幅度4.00K时,稳态模拟与动态模拟的结果一致,转化率的变化也较小;当进料温度受到扰动降温幅度≥4.00K但仍高于反应器的熄火温度时,稳态模拟结果显示反应器仍处于较高转化率的操作状态,转化率变化较小,但动态模拟结果表明反应器已从高转化率的操作状态跌落至低转化率的操作状态,此时,稳态模拟与动态模拟的结果不符;当进料温度受到扰动降至熄火温度以下时,稳态模拟与动态模拟的结果一致,反应器均从高转化率操作状态跌落至低转化率操作状态。通过对比可知,动态模拟比稳态模拟更能真实地反映CSTR反应器的抗扰动能力。关键词:CSTR;抗扰动能力;稳态模拟;动态模拟中图分类号:TQ018 文献标识码:AABSTRACT: Taking the hydration of propane oxide (PO) to produce 1,2-propylene glycol as a case study, a comparison between steady-state simulation and dynamicsimulation of anti-disturbance ability for CSTR was made by this paper. The influences of differentdisturbance amplitude of feedstocktemperature on conversion of PO for the operating state of CSTR were calculated by two kinds of simulation methods. The simulation results demonstrated that when the feedstock temperature of CSTR was 297.15K, if the feedstock temperature rose due to temperature perturbation, the conversion of PO would be same by steady-state simulation and dynamicsimulation on the operation state of CSTR, and the conversion of PO would shift to a slight high value than the original state, the similar results could be obtained when the amplitude of feedstock temperature reduction was less than 4.00K. Moreover, when the amplitude of temperature reduction was more than or equal to 4.00K, but the feedstock temperature was still higher than the extinction temperature of CSTR, the result of steady-state simulation indicated that there was a slight reduction for the conversion of PO, while the result of dynamic simulation demonstrated that the operating state of CSTRwould drop to the operating state with lower conversion of PO.
