The results showed that the spontaneous fluorescences of deadP . flu orescen s was stronger than that ofalive one. The fluorescent effectswere differentwhen the distinct fluorescent reagentswereused forP . f lu orescens. The aniline blueweakened the spontaneous fluorescences but theDAPI and acridine orange could mi prove the spontaneous fluorescences greatly. The acridine orangewas better than theDAPI in the fluorescent stain effectiveness forP . flu orescen s.
