摘 要
3D打印技术采用二维平面堆积原理、在设计好的三维CAD模型内逐层堆积的原理,故材料的性能包括力学性能理化性能等直接决定产品的强度、刚度等力学性能,光滑度等表面性能,以及抗潮湿性能、热稳定性、生物相容性等其他性能。材料性能又对热处理、表面性能处理、加工、镀金等后续工艺产生影响,对生产成本降低和成型效率的提高作用明显。随着其他相关生产技术的发展和材料性能的提高,3D打印材料的地位愈加突出,所以增材制造的材料已成为当前影响3D打印技术发展和产品性能核心部分。
3D打印技术可分为光固化立体成型(光敏树脂打印)、选择性激光烧结(金属等粉末材料打印)、熔融成型(ABS树脂类打印)等技术,这些技术是根据材料的成型机理发展起来的,然而当前3D打印材料在应用领域普遍面临机械性能差、热力学性质无法满足需求、表面粗糙等诸多问题;;;
Abstract
3D printing technology which use two-dimensional accumulation principle layer accumulation principle to make products. By using CAD model to performance, so the mechanical properties of materials including the physical and chemical properties directly determine product strength stiffness and other mechanical properties such as smoothness surface properties moisture resistance and thermal stability, biocompatibility other performance. The effects of material properties of heat treatment surface treatment machining plating and other properties of the follow-up process to reduce production costs and significantly improve the efficiency of forming effect. With the development of production technology and other related materials to improve performance 3D printing material position even more prominent so increasing material manufacturing materials has become the influence of development of 3D printing technology and product performance of the core part.
This paper introduces the content and classification of 3D printing, 3D printing as a specific analysis of the main materials in various printing method of printing principle and development status. And the current outstanding problems faced in the field of application of 3D printing materials and further looks forward to the trend of application of 3D printing technology and suggestions for our country to gradually solve the problem of 3D printing materials.
