吹脱-蒸发处理危废渗滤液的研究

摘要:本文分析了危险废物渗滤液中的相关组分,结果表明危废渗滤液组分复杂,含有大量重金属离子、氨氮、盐分和各类高毒有机物等污染物质,难以通过其他方法处理。研究了危废渗滤液的吹脱-蒸发规律,并与生活垃圾渗滤液的吹脱、蒸发规律进行对比。研究表明,通过吹脱-蒸发技术工艺可对危废渗滤液进行减量化、资源化和无害化处理,是危废填埋场处理渗滤液的理想方法。本研究找出了工艺运行的的最佳条件:将渗滤液在常温状态下进行吹脱,pH值控制在10-11之间,吹脱时间为25 min左右,气液比约3400,氨氮脱除率达95%以上;蒸发浓缩pH值控制在10左右,蒸馏浓缩液回流再蒸发,其中有机物的挥发与浓缩时间无关,馏出液COD约200 mg/L左右,可供填埋场回用,蒸馏残渣固化达标后继续填埋。

Abstract The related components in the leachate derived from hazardous wastes landfill were analyzed. It resulted that the related components wre complex. There were heavy metal ions, ammonia nitrogen, salinity and various types of high toxicorganic pollutants in the leachate. The leachate amost could not be disposed by other methods. This paper introduced the regulation of the technology of stripping-evaporation disposing leachate of hazardous waste. The comparison was made between disposing leachate of hazardous waste and domestic garbage. Reduction, recycling and harmless treatment on the leachate derived from hazardous wastes landfill can be carried out by the technology of stripping-evaporation. Which is a good method of disposing leachate derived from hazardous waste landfills. The regulation of the technology of stripping-evaporation disposing leachate of hazardous waste was introduced in this paper. The optimum for the treatment was described. The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is more than 95% when the leachate was stripped at room temperature, pH 10 to 11, stripping time 25 min or so, and the gas-liquid ratio 3400. Which was conc
