Scope 范围 This procedure applied with all electrical equipment and Temporary Power Supply Cabinet/lower voltage cables which will be installed and connected to the substation (10kv/400v) low voltage output on the construction site。 本程序适用于施工现场所有用电设备以及安装和连接到箱变(10kv/400v)低压出线的临时配电盘/低压线。 The procedure shall be followed by all construction contractors using temporary electrical power within the site. 现场内所有使用临时用电设施的施工承包商都必须遵守此程序。 Basic Management Principles 基本管理原则 Contractors will comply with all relevant rules as issued by local authorities, such as “Site Safety Technical Specifications for Temporary Power Supply” JGJ46.88. 承包商应遵守当地政府部门颁发的所有相关规定。例如：《施工现场临时用电安全技术规范》 JGJ46.88。 Before any temporary electrical supply equipment can be established on the site, it must be inspected and approved by a representative of the site HSE Representative who will attach the appropriate identification tag approval.
