刮板输送机说明书讲解.doc

摘要 刮板输送机是一种有挠性牵引机构的连续运输机械，是为采煤工作面和采区巷道运煤的机械。它具有适应性好，协作性好，耐磨性好，可弯曲性好，机身的强度和刚度高，能承受碰撞和冲击等优点，成为综采设备中最关键的设备之一，是煤炭装运的第一个环节，在很大程度上决定了采煤工作面的生产能力和效率。 本设计的刮板输送机为边双链型式，重点对其传动装置进行设计。先前剖分式链轮组件在运转过程中经常存在联接螺栓松动的问题，影响传动装置的可靠性。针对这一问题，本设计将链轮组件设计为整体式。对于刮板输送机的其他部件如机头架、过渡槽、中部槽、闸盘紧链器等，综合已有的多种结构进行最佳设计，进而完成输送机的整体结构设计，使其达到与滚筒采煤机和输送机推移装置配套，实现了落煤、装煤、运煤及推移输送机机械化的目标。 关键词 刮板输送机 链轮组件 中部槽 Abstract Scraper conveyor is a kind of continuous transportation machinery with flexibile traction mechanism ,which is the machinery of coal transporting coal for the face coal and pick district tunnel . It has good adaptability, cooperation, wearability, curvedness, high strength and rigidity of the fuselage and stands collision and impact advantages and so on.It becames one of the most important synthetical excavate coal equipment, is the first tache of the coal shipping, decides the productivity and efficiency of the face coal mining to a great extent. The scraper conveyor of this design is side two chain types ,emphasises on the design of its transmission device.Previous separately sprocket assembly often occurs start phenomenon when running ,which influences the reliability of transmisson device. Aim at this problem, This design of the scraper conveyor is integrated.For the other parts of conveyor , such as head framework , transition groove, middle groove and plate type brake of tight chain implement, are synthesized existed many structions and process optimum design , then completes the overall structural design of conveyor, make it reach with the cylinder machine and conveyor of coal mining pass to install form a complete set , coal has realized to fall , pack coal , transport coal , and pass the goal of conveyer mechanization.
