毕 业 论 文 中 文 摘 要 罗丹明B不仅在染料废水中广泛存在而且很难生物降解,如果大量使用的话会使水质严重下降,从而危害人类健康。目前,非均相催化类芬顿技术是当前染料废水处理研究的热点话题。非均相催化剂与传统均相催化剂相比有诸多优点,本文通溶剂热法制备了纳米级中空Fe3O4非均相催化剂,并且对此催化剂进行了X射线衍射(XRD)、 透镜电子显微镜扫描(TEM)以及磁滞曲线表征,使其应用到类芬顿试剂降解罗丹明B的应用中,达到了很好的催化效果。通过正交试验以及单因素试验,考察了反应的PH值、H2O2投加量、催化剂Fe3O4的投加量以及温度对降解废水中罗丹明B的影响。实验结果表明,罗丹明B降解最佳条件为:PH为3.0 ,H2O2投加量为7.5%, 催化剂Fe3O4的投加量为1.5 g/L 温度为35℃。在此条件下三小时的降解率可以达到90%以上。 关键词 中空四氧化三铁;类芬顿技术;降解罗丹明B;性能研究; 毕 业 论 文 外 文 摘 要 Title Study on the preparation of hollow Fe3O4 nano-catalyst and its application in the degradation of Rhodamine B on Fenton -like reagent Abstract Rhodamine?B is not only widely exist in the dye wastewater and it is very difficult to biological degradation, if it is used heavily, the water quality will make a serious decline and the human health will be harmed. At present, it is a hot topic in the research on the treatment of dye wastewater by using the Fenton-like technology of heterogeneous catalysts. Heterogeneous catalysts have many advantages compared with the traditional homogeneous catalysts.This paper prepared nanoscale Fe3O4 hollow heterogeneous catalyst through hydrothermal method ,and this catalyst have been analyzed by the X ray powder diffraction (XRD),Scanning electron microscope (TEM) and hysteresis curve, which should be used in the application of Fenton-like degradation of Rhodamine B, it has reached a good catalytic effect. Through the orthogonal experiment and the Single factor experiment, The effects of pH , dosage of H2O2, dosage of catalyst Fe3O4 and temperature on the degradation of Rhodamine B in wastewater were investigated.The?results showed that the optimal conditions for the degradation of Rhodamine B were as follows: PH was 3, H2O2 dosage was 7.5%, the catalyst Fe3O4 dosage was 1.5g/L,the temperature is 35℃.Under these conditions, the degradation rate can reach more than 90% in three hours.
