This paper focuses on the ARM as the core of the inspection and transmitter system to slippery road surface whose hardware ciucuit is formed by ARM control module, GPRS wireless modules, LCD touch screens, temperature sensors, detection module to road’s impedance,A/D switching circuit;. And its software is made up of some sortwares like transfer of data, drive and control of wireless modules, graphical interface of controlling terminal,etc,which were coded by C language.
