江苏科技大学南徐学院 2008届毕业设计（论文） 某船舶主机滑油系统设计 系 部 船舶与土木工程 专业名称 轮机工程 班 级 轮机工程（1）班 学 号 0842825114 作 者 梁 健 指导教师 刘 炜 二零一二年六月 江苏科技大学南徐学院本科毕业论文 某船舶主机滑油系统的设计 A?marine main engine?oil system?design 摘 要 船舶主机滑油系统是保障主机正常稳定运行的重要辅助系统，船舶动力装置在运转时，由于其运动部件(轴系、活塞、十字头、滑块等)在轴承、汽缸、导板上转动和滑动时，各接触表面之间要发生摩擦，如果两金属表面直接接触会发生干摩擦，那么部件将急剧磨损以至金属表面发热甚至咬死烧熔，机械设备将遭到损坏。主机滑油系统的功用就是对船舶动力装置设备供应足够的、合乎质量要求的滑油，使干磨擦变成液体润滑下的摩擦，大大的减轻部件的磨损，基于以上所述，提出了“船舶主机滑油系统的设计”的研究课题。国际上，对此方面研究起始于20世纪60年代末，到90年代已发展成为十分成熟的技术，国内关于此方面的研制起步较晚，但研究起点高，发展快，逐步的追赶者世界最先进技术。本文以某船舶主机为例，此船舶主机为干式润滑柴油机，发动机用于船舶和运输式机械上时，可以防止工作过程中油面产生波动，影响发动机的正常润滑；减少曲轴箱内高温气体对润滑油的影响，防止润滑油的劣化变质，延长其使用期限；油底壳容积可大大缩小，使发动机结构高度降低，对于此种详细的介绍并设计出适合其使用的滑油系统，降低成本，改善设计质量。 关键词：滑油系统；滑油泵；冷却泵；系统设计 Abstract Ship main engine lube oil system is the guarantee of the stable operation of host normal important auxiliary system, Marine power plant in operation, because its moving parts (axis, piston, crosshead, slider, etc) in the bearings, cylinders, gib turn and sliding on the contact surface to friction between, if two surface contact dry friction will happen, then parts will wear and sharp metal surface fever or even bite dead burned melt, mechanical equipment will be damaged.
