固体废物处理技术与资源化 摘 要 近几年随着我国经济的发展，城镇化的加快，而城市、农村环境污染日益严重，各地方政府再加快经济发展的同时，对于环境状况要求也相对提高，城镇固体废物处理技术与再利用，崛起一批新型公司，政府帮扶变废为宝的发展理念越来越成为国家发展的趋势，也是世界共同所关注的话题之一。由于我国环境法的实施，再法制执行过程中较为缓慢，而环境污染与治理近几年国家政府不得不提高支出资金。十二五期间我国环境法明确要求固体废物处理原则和处理方法，以及责任落实。但关键细节以及环境法任然落后于发达国家。与发达国家相比处理方式与回收利用任然存在着较大差距。 本文基于我国固体废物处理技术，以及处理利用与发达国家进行对比，比对出我国相对再处理过程以及技术上存在的问题，并提出解决策略。 关键词：固体废物；处理；回收利用 Abstract In recent years, as Chinas economic development, urbanization accelerated, and urban and rural increasingly serious environmental pollution, local governments and then accelerate economic development, the environment condition is also enhanced, urban solid waste treatment technology and Reuse , the rise of a number of new companies, government support for the development of the concept of waste treasure increasingly become the trend of national development, but also one of the topics in the world of common concern. Since the implementation of environmental law, then the legal implementation process is slow, but in recent years, environmental pollution and control the national government had to increase spending funds. Chinas environmental law explicitly requested during the second five principles of solid waste disposal and treatment, as well as the responsibility to implement.
