青年与老年患者在综合医院心理门诊就医时的心理状态比较研究 【摘要】目的：比较与分析青年与老年患者在综合医院心理门诊就医时的心理状态。方法：随机抽取我院心理门诊分诊护士接待的患者98例资料。结果：所有患者均成功获得随访，问卷填写合格率为99.3%，在入院治疗前的心理状态评分方面，青年组SAS评分平均值为（52.3±4.1）分，SDS评分平均值为（59.1±3.7）分，明显优于老年组患者评分结果（P0.05）。自制心理调查问卷统计结果也显示了老年组患者在患病后的心理反应方面、择医标准方面和治疗后对医疗服务的评价方面均与青年组明显不同，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：青年与老年患者在综合医院心理门诊就医时的心理状态存在明显不同，这提示综合医院心理门诊分诊护士应该针对不同年龄段患者采取不同的护理对策。 【关键词】青年患者，老年患者，心理门诊，心理状态 Comparative study on youth mental status of patients with senile patients in psychological clinic of general hospital [Abstract]Objective: To compare and analyze the psychological state of young and elderly patients in the psychological clinic of general hospital. Methods: the data of 98 patients with randomly selected from our hospital psychological clinic nurses received. Results: all the patients were successfully followed up a questionnaire, the qualified rate is 99.3%, score on admission before treatment, psychological state, the average SAS score for the young group (52.3 ± 4.1)%, the average SDS score was (59.1 ± 3.7)%, significantly better than the group of elder patients scoring results (P0.05). The statistical results of self psychological questionnaire also shows the evaluation of medical service to patients in the psychological reaction after illness, choose medical standards and after treatment were significantly different from the youth group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: there exist obvious differences in young and elderly patients psychological state in the psychological clinic of the general hospital medical treatment, suggesting that the psychological clinic of the general hospital triage nurse should take different nursing strategy for patients with different ages. [Keywords]young patients, older patients, mental health, psychological state 随着社会的飞速发展，各种身心类疾病的临床发病率呈逐年增大的趋势，不同年龄段的患者会因为各自的人群特点表现出不同程度的心理健康问题[1]，而心理问题比较严重的患者，如果不能得到及时的心理门诊分诊护士的帮助和有效的心理疏导，任其发展，不但会妨碍治疗过程的正常进展，甚至能加重患者疾病或者引起其他疾病，具有较大的危害性[2]，因此，比较与分析不同年龄段患者在综合医院心理门诊就医时的心理状态对于采取针对性处
