中国服务贸易发展的现状及对策分析 摘要： 随着世界经济结构的调整以及经济全球化的不断深入，服务业得到了突飞猛 进的发展．服务业的进步同时也促进了服务贸易的迅猛发展。世界服务贸易迅速发展，对世界经济发展所起的作用越来越大。改革开放 30多年来 ,中国在各个行业均发展迅速 ,当然在服务贸易方面也取得了显著的成就 ,但就国际服务贸易整体而言 ,中国服务贸易的国际竞争力还处于弱势地位。此种世界经济环境下，理性地、全面地认识当前世界服务贸易的发展热潮，结合本国实际情况对服务贸易进行研究，认真总结我国在服务贸易发展过程中的经验教训，找到真正适合本国服务贸易发展的路径尤为重要。 本文在国内外研究的基础上，结合我国服务贸易发展所处的国内外环境以及我国服务贸易发展现状，运用近年来我国服务贸易统计数据，对影响我国服务贸易发展的因素进行了分析，揭示了我国服务贸易发展中存在的问题提出符合我国国情的服务贸易发展的政策建议。 关键词：服务贸易；现状问题；对策 With the restructuring of the world economy and the deepening of economic globalization，the service industry has been the development by leaps and bounds．Meanwhile，service industry also contributed to the rapid development of service trade．The influence of the world service trade to the world economy is bigger and bigger. With imp lementing opening - up and reform policy for more than 30 years, China has been develop ing with fast s peed in all kinds of lines, of course including trade in services . In this circumstance，alknowledging and researching the current developments in world service trade rationally and conprehensively，analysising the trade in service combined with the actual situation,summarizing the experience and lessions in the development of Chinese service trade to find the suitable development path of the service trade for themselives are particularly important． The paper makes the enprical analysis to the major affect factors of the export of our service trade with China’s service trade statistics of recent years on the basic of the study and reach at home and broad and analyzes the problems which exixts during the development of Chinese service trade giving policy recommendations which is suitable to our service trade developments combined with the domestic-international environments and our development affect in service trade.
