四川大学网络教育学院 本科生(业余)毕业论文 题 目 中小型企业财务管理存在的问题与对策 办学学院 四川大学工商管理学院 学习中心 汕头经济管理干部学校 专 业 工商管理 年 级 2010年春 指导教师 XXX 学生姓名 XXX 学 号 XXXXXXXXXXXXX 2012年3月4日 中小型企业财务管理存在的问题与对策 学生：XXX 指导老师：XXX 摘要 改革开放以来，中小型企业已经成为我国经济增长、市场繁荣和扩大就业的重要基础。本文运用财务管理方面的理论详细地分析我国现状，从筹资、投资、财务控制、管理模式以及人员的素质等方面存在的问题进行剖析，并分别从外部环境和内部自身上找出解决问题的对策。外因方面政府要加强相关法律法规建设，尽快制定和完善有利于中小型企业发展的政策。要以市场为导向，对投资项目进行可行性研究，正确进行投资决策， 努力降低投资风险；内因方面中小型企业要建立诚信，要苦练内功，强化资金管理，加强财务控制，加强财会队伍建设 ，提高企业全员素质，树立企业财务形象。从而促进我国中小型企业的发展。 关键词： 中小型企业 财务管理 问题 对策 Question and countermeasures existing in ter medium and small-scale enterprises financial administration student:XXX supervisor:XXX Abstract since the Reform and the Opening-up, the small and medium enterprises have already become the important foundation of economic growth, market prospering and employment expanding of our country. This article uses the theory of the financial administration to analyze the current situation of small and medium enterprises of our country in detail. Such existing problems of the respect as fund-raising, investment, the controlling of financial affairs, management mode and personnel’s quality, etc. are analyzed. The article finds out countermeasures to solve the problems above from external environment condition and ones own inside separately. For the external cause the government needs to strengthen relevant laws and regulations construction, make or perfect the policy that is favorable to development of small and medium-sized enterprises as soon as possible, and market-oriented, carry on feasibility research to the investment project, make the investment de
