Learn the sentence pattern “How are you?” What’s your name?” and the answers. d. Learn Part 1 of let’s try; Part 2 of let’s learn Part 3 of Let’s practice. e. Learn to chant the rhyme in let’s chant, 教学辅助用品 Teaching aids □Flashcard of the words □Name cards of the students □ A ball for the game □ number-card from1~10 □Some head ornaments □A recorder □ microphone 教学步骤 Teaching procedures Step 1 Warm-up activities (Revision—复习) (1) Greeting with the ball Go up to some Ss and talk to them like this: ?T: Hello! I’m ....(or Good morning. I’m....) ?S: Hello! I’m.... ?T: Nice to meet you. ?S: Nice to meet you, too.( throw the ball from one student to another, practice to be familiar with each other.) (2)Review the vowels of a e i o u Write those vowels on the board and Say the vowels and get Ss to hold up the relative flashcards.?Show flashcards of these vowels, Get Ss to read them out. Step 2 The presentation of the new material(讲授新课) (1)Learn the Part5 + Part1 (vowels + words) (元音卡片导入)Show the vowels card let the students to read. Teacher uses the words of Part5, let them read louder or ___. Do it several times, and then ask Ss to guess the meaning of these words [e.g. egg ship dig shot doll much mushroom bus ...]. (2) Learn the Part2 + Part3: the sentence pattern “my name is ..../“How are you?”/“nice to meet you(,too)” (角色表演导入法)teacher write the sentence pattern on the board first. Use role-play to show the meaning of the sentence. [e.g. “my name is...” Teacher point yourself and say “I’m ....” “my name is ....” (简笔画导入)Then draw stick pictures on the board, “Look, this is Bob.(看,这是Bob)”“We are talking.”(我们正在谈话) “Now let’s listen. (现在请听他们的谈话。)”] Then act both as teach
