We will walk through each of these to illustrate how senior managers would use this system. * 动态眼光 * * * * * * * 第一阶段的关键是解决IT与企业战略的结合,建立共识(顾问与客户,IT与业务) * 注意点:不是为企业建立战略,而是分析、整理、描述、提练企业对战略的认识,并就最终表述与企业达成共识。这点在企业无明确的战略时应格外注意。 * Not every organization has clearly defined and distinct Business, IS, and IT Strategies. Sometimes the IS and IT Strategies are combined. However, in general a customer should have: - A business vision that defines breakthrough objectives and identifies key business processes - An IS vision that defines its future application portfolio and IS topology (relationships) - An IT strategy that discusses, at the highest level, how the IT principles will be realized. The IS Strategy supports the business and IS Strategies. An IT architecture defines and describes the technology framework and high level components that make it possible to implement the IS and Business Strategies. * The customers strategies indicate capabilities, at high level. These should be reviewed before you perform an IT Assessment. If it is a standalone service engagement, then you must assess the implications of the strategies before scoping the IT Assessment service engagement. If you cannot assess and verify the strategies and their output, you must, at a min, assess business and user needs.
