数字档案馆建设思路研究 专业 档案学 学生:徐全生 指导老师:陈丽 摘要：随着社会信息化时代的到来，我国档案事业处在一个从传统服务方式向数字化网络化服务方式转变的阶段。在新的时代环境中，计算机、网络技术的发展深刻的影响了人们的生活方式，人们对信息要求及时、可靠、而且要数量巨大。作为社会信息化的一个重要组成部分，数字档案馆是我们档案事业机构必然的选择。虽然现今对于数字档案馆的定义还有一定的差异，但是普遍的观点是它是一个“信息系统”或者“信息环境”，认同数字档案馆具有海量储存、智能检索和网络共享三个基本特点，这些认识对我国的数字档案馆建设有重要的指导意义。在规划数字档案馆建设前，我们要对国内外数字档案馆建设基本情况有一个大致了解，并从中吸收经验、教训，指导我们后面的建设工作。同时分析计算机网络技术实现数字档案馆的可行性，做好关键技术的准备工作。在数字档案馆建设具体实施过程中，要争取多方支持，整体规划，有步骤地实现数字档案馆的功能,把重点放在网络、数据库、档案信息管理系统、信息安全、标准规范和人才建设上来。 关键词：数字档案馆 档案馆建设 信息化 数字化 The research of the digital archives building Major: Archive Science Student: Xuquansheng Tutor: Chenli Abstract：Along with the arrival of the social information-based ages, our country archives business be placed in the stage that the service change toward numeral network from the traditional service method. In the new ages, the technical development of calculator, network affected the peoples life style deeply, the people request the information to be in time, credible, and huge. As a important part of the information-based society, the digital archives is an inevitable choice of our business organization. Although ,there are still the certain difference at the definition of the digital archives at present, the widespread standpoint is that it is a the information system or the information environment, and approve the digital archives to have three basic characters: the huge storage, the intelligence index and the networks to share, these understandings is possessed of important leading meaning to the digital archives building of our country. Before programming the building, we should know well the domestic and international condition of the digital archives building, and the experience and teach absorbing from them will guide us the following construction work. At the same time ,the analyses of calculator and network techniques carried out the possibility of the numerical file building, and work well the key technical preparation work.
