摘 要:在能源危机日益加剧的今天,节约能源,有效利用能源是保持可持续发展的首要问题,渗透汽化
(PV)工艺的能耗仅为传统恒沸精馏脱水工艺的30%左右,因此,PV膜强化酯化反应精馏过程的研究具有非
常重要的意义。本文以乙酸乙酯工业装置产生的乙酸乙酯、乙醇和水三元共沸体系为研究对象,采用自制的
PV膜对其进行可分离,考察了原料液中水、乙醇以及乙酸乙酯含量随渗透汽化时间的变化,探讨了自制PV膜
的脱水性能,结果表明,采用自制的PV膜在5小时内可以脱除体系中90%的水分,使乙酸乙酯的浓度由92%
提高到98%以上,为工业化渗透汽化装置提供了有益的数据。

Abstract :With the energy crisis aggravated, it becomes more and more important to
save energy and make good use of it. Because the energy consumption of pervaporation
in the process of dehydration from organic system is little by 30% or so than the
traditional process of constant boiling solution, and now pervaporation enhanced
esterification becomes a significant process to explore. In this paper, by using the self-
made pervaporation membrane, a intensive study of dehydration from ternary
azeotropic composition acetic ester/ ethanol/water was made. The capability of
dehydration of pervaporation membrane made by self was investigated, and also studied
the effecting of pervaporation times on acetic ester, ethanol and water in the feed
respectively. The pervaporation results show that the water in the feed can be removed
almost 90% by the pervaporation membranemade by self in the room temperature. And
acetic ester was condensed from the density 92% to 98%. The result is helpful to the
