工业工程人才测评方法研究及实验设计
摘 要
竞争,是企业发展过程中永恒的主题。随着管理科学的不断发展,企业之间的竞争已经由物质资本的竞争、技术的竞争,逐步过渡到人力资源的竞争。在人力资源开发和管理中,如何招聘到适合企业的人才、如何选拔人才,实现人岗匹配、如何有针对性地培训企业员工,都成为了摆在企业面前的难题。纵观国内外许多成功企业的发展历程,人才测评在其人力资源开发和管理中发挥着重要的作用。它为企业选人、用人、育人和留人提供了科学的依据。
本文在对工业工程人才测评相关理论进行研究分析的基础上,结合工业工程人才的特点和社会企业对工业工程人才的能力需求,构建出工业工程人才测评的指标体系。进一步对各种人才测评方法进行了比较研究,得出适合工业工程人才的一套测评方法。
最后将上述理论研究应用于企业实际,为A公司设计了一套工业工程人才测评方案,针对工业工程人才所能胜任的一些岗位,对工业工程人才各方面的能力和特征进行综合测评,使人力资源得到科学的配置。

Abstract

With the continuous development of science management, The competition between the enterprises by the material capital competition, technological competition, gradually transition to the human resources of the competition. In human resource development and management, In human resource development and management, how to recruit for the enterprises to the talents, how to select talents, realizing people hillock matching, How to targeted training employees, which all have become a problem in front of enterprises. Many successful enterprises at home and abroad in the development of the process, personnel assessment plays an important role in human resource development and management. It provides scientific basis in enterprise candidates, choose and employ persons and worker. Based on the related theories of industrial engineering talent assessment, This thesis combining the characteristics and industrial engineering talents of industrial engineering talents social enterprise ability needs, constructing industrial engineering talent evaluation index system. Further to all kinds of personnel assessment method for comparison, drawing a set of evaluation methods of industrial engineering talents.
