Key words :surface evaporation air condense ; special corrosion and scale inhibitor ; protective effect 　　表面蒸发空冷器是兰州石油机械研究所研制 组成 ,水中溶解有各种盐类 ,如重碳酸盐 、碳酸盐 、硫 的集水冷与空冷 、传热与传质为一体的新型高效冷 ( 酸盐 、硅酸盐等 , 其 中以溶解 的重碳酸盐 如 Ca 凝冷却设备 。其具有传热效率高 、能耗低 、节水 、投 ( HCO3) 2) 最不稳定 ,极易受热分解生成碳酸盐沉积 资少 、结构紧凑 、安装维护方便 、操作稳定可靠等优 在金属表面 。因此 , 当其冷却水中溶解的重碳酸盐 点 ,适用于炼油行业温度低于 80 ℃的低温工艺介质 较多 ,水流通过空冷表面管束时 , 由于其管束表面温 冷却和冷凝 ,在炼油行业使用表面蒸发空冷器具有 度较高 ,就会受热分解 ,其反应如下 : 十分重要的节能意义和巨大的社会效益 。兰州石化
