彩色多普勒超声在高位动静脉内瘘术及静脉浅置化的标记和价值 [摘 要] 目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在终末期血液透析患者临床建立上臂高位动静脉内瘘吻合术及静脉浅置化的标记及价值。方法：彩色多普勒超声检查103例终末期血液透析拟行高位动静脉内瘘术患者，术前超声检查选择适宜的血管及对静脉浅置化进行定位，术后复查观察动静脉内瘘的成熟度及并发症。结果：103例上臂高位动静脉内瘘术中有67例患者高位内瘘术后行静脉浅置化，术后二月内观察血管情况良好。血液透析后6月-5年部分患者出现并发症，其中11例血栓形成，6例静脉瘤样扩张，17例静脉局部狭窄。结论：彩色多普勒超声是评估血液透析患者血管通路的有效辅助检查方法之一，对于术前适宜血管的选择、吻合口部位和静脉浅置化的确定，术后评价动静脉内瘘血管通路的监测以及尽早发现内瘘并发症有重要作用。 关键词 彩色多普勒超声 动静脉内瘘 血液透析 To values the Color Doppler ultrasonography in high arteriovenous fistula and venous shallow Liu Xiaoming1，Gui Ying1，Xiang Ming1，Che Zhenglan1，Zhao Lina1，Song Wenyu2，Liu Zongyang3 （1.Deparment?of?Ultrasonography,?Affiliated?Hospital?of?Guizhou?Medical?College,Guiyang?550004?GuizhouChina;2.?Nephrologydepartment,Affiliated?Hospital?of?Guizhou?Medical?College,Guiyang?550004?Guizhou China; 3.?Guizhou Cancer?Hospital Guiyang?550004?Guizhou China） [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the values and evaluate of the hemodialysis patients with end-stage establish upper arm high arteriovenous fistula anastomosis and shallowly bury venous in clinica with the Color Doppler ultrasonography.
