地沟油的回收再利用现状及资源化利用前景分析 专 业: 资源环境与城乡规划管理 班 级: 姓 名: 学 号: 指导教师: 二零一年月日Analysis of the current situation of waste oil recycling and the prospect of waste oil utilization as a resource ABSTRACT Waste oils refers to inedible oil recycled from the dining industry, whose quality and hygiene is very poor, and the water percentage, peroxide value, and acidic value of which is far beyond normal standard. The sum of animal fat and vegetable oil consumed in China annually is around 22.5 million tons, which can produce at least 3-5 million tons of Waste oils. Up until now, the processing methods of this kind of oil only include rough processing or simple fine processing, all of which possess the problems of backwardness in technique, crude machinery, heavy pollution, and insufficient sanitation. Its existence is a threat to human health, and the environment. This is why transforming waste oils into resources means a lot to protecting people’s food safety. Waste oils contain large amounts of fatty acids and other organic matter. They can become an important material of manufacturing biological diesel oil, fatty acids, fatty alcohols, sucrose polyester, propylene glycol and bulk chemicals. The development and application of these technologies can not only substitute for our country’s limited gas and oil resources, but also whose products have a high added value, are biodegradable, environmental friendly, and also an effective way to reduce harm done by waste oils to the environment and society. Although our country has an ample supply of waste oils, its composition are complex and the source unstable. A reasonable way of recycling must be developed, relevant test standards must be perfected, policy support must be enhanced, propaganda about environment protection must be promoted, and cooperation between the science department and companies should be strengthened, companies should be help
