The Two Cooperative Sides（Parties） Side A: Zhejiang College of Public Security, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, People’s Republic of China Side B: Criminal Justice College, Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, Texas, USA II. Cooperative Background Side A. Zhejiang College of Public Security (China) is a full-time college that aims at educating and training college students as police officers and that provides training programs for in-service police officers. Side B. Criminal Justice College, Sam Houston State University (USA) is a college that specializes in meeting the needs of students for todays highly specialized and technological world by providing a career-oriented education. Both sides agree to have extensive exchanges and cooperation in visits and exchanges between leaders, teachers, scholars and academic researches. III. Details of the Cooperative Exchanges A. Mutual Visits of Leaders from Both Sides a. The two sides agree that the leader(s) or authorized leader(s) from one side visit(s) the other side periodically to assess the implementation of the agreement and discuss on the further cooperation programs or plans. b. Generally, the delegation led by the leader(s) from Side A visits Side B in October of the year in which the visit is schedule and the delegation led by the leader(s) from Side B visits Side A in April of the year in which the visit is schedule . The program doesn’t begin until the year of 2007. B. Exchange of Visiting Teachers a. The two sides agree that each side sends 1-2 teacher(s) to the other side periodically to give lectures that are scheduled to last two weeks each
