第28卷专辑Ⅱ 2006年11月 武汉理工大学学报 JOURNAL OF WUHAN UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY V01．28 Suppl．n Nov．2006 通向氢能经济的桥梁 从“浅氢 毛宗强 (清华大学棱能与新能源技术研究院，北京100084) 到“全氢 摘要：氩能是各国看好的未来能源，奎世界已投入百亿美元用于氢能应用的开发。人们对高效清洁地利用氢 能的燃料电池技术格外看好。但由于技术难题，燃料电池进展不尽如人意。我国是发展中国謇，如何根据白己的国 力与国情发展氩能是值得认真研完的大问题。既不能现在弃氢能而不威，这套丧失将来的战略地位。也不能盲目 和发选国家攀比，在不适当的时机、不适当的方向浪费有限的责源。建议我国发展氢能战略应是从“浅氩”到“奎 氩”。是指在现阶段，从氩在混合燃料中的音量比例较低(即浅氢)，逯步过渡到奎氢燃料(即奎氲)。 关键词： 氯能；燃料电池； 氯燃料； 氢内燃机 中图分类号：TK 91 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1671．4431(2006)专辑1I．0006—05 The Bridge to Future Hydrogen Economy MAO Zong-qiang (Institute of Nuclear and New Energy Technology(INET)，Tsinghua University，Bdjing 100084。Chirm) Abstract：This paper reviewed the hydrogen and furl cell progresses in the current worId hriefly．In particular the hy． drogen industry，fmm hydrogen production，purification，transportation，storage，to high pressure hydr。口n filling station and end tl,qer has been developed fast in China．However，there are still several barriers for pure hydrogen fuel。such a5 hydrogen storage for Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine(HICE)and the reliability and lifetime for Fuel Cell Vehicles． Thus autbor strongly recommended to tree hydrogea mixing fud，such“Hydrogen-compressed Natllral Gas(HCNG)at the first stage d hydrogen econmy and then trangfex to pure hydrogn furl step by step．Thus HIcE and HCNG are the best candidates in CKna玳the moment．In order to practice the hydrogen energy in China，it is suggested to build a hy． drogeR hallway to link Bei／ivg-Tianjin-Tangshan．The more details analysis is giver by the author from viewpoint of teeh— no[ogy and economy．There are about 14 million and 11 million population in Beijing and Tianjin respectively．and there ale about 4 million vehicles in this area．．So aclean and high efficiency hydrogen hailway will benefit this are。q．Thee wilI be several hydrogen filling StatioRs to fill vehicles with contained hydrogen fuel，such as HCNG，natural gas and even pure hydrogen．for both fuel ccU vehides and H1CE vehicles．As hydrogen fuel is cheaper than gaso
