岗位职责 Major Job Responsibility:1. Act as an interface between CBU and GSM team to lead GSM related sub-functional team to support CBU business requirements in terms of advance parts/product line development, budgetary BOM cost submittal, outsourced components procurement for parts/product line validation2. Early involve suppliers to support product development, and manage supplier抯 behavior to protect company抯 IP through working together with category team Seeking the material prices and supplier information for the new projects/business to support business pursuit activities to win business 3. Act as a project leader within GSM team to support CBU for new project flawless launch 4. Follow SB ordering process to ensure timely Purchasing Orders for prototype at right price and MOQ。5. Participate regular project/product line related meetings, and take purchasing actions by escalating purchasing related issues/risks in the meeting actively6. Follow commodity strategy 7. Support material localization8. Support logistic LB3 strategy9. Follow and Implement Delphi purchasing policies and procedures 10. Submit regular reports to management timely to support management decision11. Purchasing experience 5 Min. years in international / commodity purchasing, in automotive industry experience is preferred, Good understanding of purchasing fundamental 3. Prefer to have rich technical/engineering experience in terms of electronics commodity, mechanical commodity (plastic, rubber, stamping, machining parts), raw material (resin, copper strip/wire), and have cost knowledge of these commodities 4. Able to manage supplier well in terms of cooperation, behavior, IP, NDA?5. A strong communicator in terms of presentation skills, general business communications, negotiation skil
