摘 要 本文以U盘的电磁兼容性检测为例，介绍了电磁兼容的基础知识，重点讲述了信息技术类产品的EMC检测的基本方法以及CE认证的检测项目、相关标准与流程，本文根据我近3个月在深圳XXXXXXXXXEMC实验室的亲身经历与动手操作，还有阅读了海量的英文原版仪器说明书，参考了大量的中英文EMC标准，以及咨询了实验室许多工程师与检测员，最终历练而成。在本文的论述中将回答以下问题： 什么是EMC？ 为什么要做EMC检测？ 哪些产品需要做EMC检测，都需要检测哪些项目？ EMC测试场地有什么特殊要求？ 如何做U盘的EMC检测？ 本文在回答这些问题的同时，较深入地讨论了IT类产品的EMC检测理论与方法，同时较深入的分析了电磁兼容问题的来源及各个检测项目，问题的提出及解决问题的思路。 在完成本文的过程中，我主要做了以下工作：学习电磁兼容测试标准；频谱分析仪和测量接收机的基本操作；亲自操作这些仪器作该U盘的电磁兼容性测试；总结了电磁兼容测试的基本原理和测试流程；分析测试数据并提出整改方案。 关键词 电磁兼容（EMC），电波暗室，空间辐射，静电放电 ABSTRACT This essay takes the flash disk for an example, it introduces the basic concept of EMC, mainly explains the methods of EMC test ,the test items and the test standard of IT products. Before finishing the essay, I have worked in EMC laboratory of XXXXXXX for about three months. During that time, I read a sea of the test equipment’s introduction book in English edition, consulted large quantity of EMC standard both in Chinese and English, and also referred many senior engineers for information till finishing the whole essay. I try my best to answer the following questions: What is EMC? Why do we need to do EMC test? What kinds of products we should do EMC test? What testing items are they? What are the special requirements of the room for EMC test? How to do the EMC test of the flash disk? While explaining the topics above, I make a deep discussion on EMC test theories and methods of IT products. Meanwhile, I want to inform the origin of EMC problem as well as the solution to each problem on every test item to every reader. I did the following work while I was in our lab: studying the standards of EMC and how to use spectrum analyzer and test reciever;I finish the whole test of the flash disk;also I pay some attention to the test theories;.After analyzing the test data, I try my best to give some modify methods .
