浅析中国建筑质量保修制度的缺陷及对策摘要为了加强对建设单位的管理，提高工程建设质量，维护业主权益，我国逐步推行了工程质量保修制度，但此制度依旧存在理论缺陷，及实施有困难等问题。造成了质量责任承担人不明确，且因保修期长，承包人承担风险大，业主维权难保障等问题，为了解决这些问题不仅要完善质量保修制度本身，还应针对承建各方采取有效的措施，以及需要国家的相应和支持才能得到有效的改善。本文通过对国内外专家理论成果的借鉴和实际调查的方法，与国外水平较高的国家现状做比较，得出了我国在质量保修制度上所存在的缺陷及原因，通过分析对比，得出了我国一些可行的办法，来改善及解决我国现存在的问题。本论文所得出的结论可以在工程质量保修制度上有用，还可以应用到工程建设的各方面，如工程的建设质量监控、工程的建设施工工程控制、工程的后期验收等。建筑业是我国的支柱产业，解决建筑业上的弊端，将会对我国的经济发展起到促进作用。关键词:保修制度保修期质量责任质量缺陷风险??AN ANALYSIS ON CHINESE CONSTRUCTION QUALITY GUARANTEE SYSTEMABSTRACTIn order to strengthen the management of the construction unit, improve the quality of engineering construction, maintenance of owners equity, and gradually introduced the engineering quality guarantee system in our country, but this system still exist theoretical defects, and have difficulty in implementation.
