Departmental Goals and Mission部门目标与愿景 Our Mission (Add department mission)提供标准服务, 打造一流餐饮 Our Department Goals (Add department goals)控制成本和费用,实现酒店利润最大化 Guest Satisfaction客人满意度达到80% Employee Satisfaction Department Communication部门沟通 There are a number of different ways we communicate within our teams. The key ways we communicate are through: Shift Briefings Monthly Meetings Communication Board Open Door Policy Schedules are posted every week by 5 days (date/time) Schedules may be adjusted upon business demand. It is your responsibility to check the schedule on a daily basis. Scheduling is based on seniority. For questions regarding the schedule, ask your Supervisor Punch in/out maximum 15 minutes prior or after the scheduled work time, (in uniform or not in uniform) Report to your supervisor upon arrival every day Tardiness and no-shows will result in disciplinary action Meals: (30 minutes) Lunch: Dinner: (2 meals in working day by shifts) Breaks: Attendance Policy 考勤规定 CALL OFF PROCEDURE Notify your supervisor no later than two (2) hours before the scheduled shift. If unable to reach your supervisor personally, call the Manager on Duty. Leaving a voicemail is not sufficient Others (pls insert): DOCTORS RELEASE Pls insert according to HR PP: Punch In and Punch Out打卡规定 Punch in before your shift starts Punch out at the end of your shift Do not used other cards besides yours Others (pls insert): Requesting Days Off休假申请 You must provide your manager / supervisor 2 weeks advance notice before requesting days off. Key areas you need to fill out on form: - Print name (First and last) - Date of filing - Department and your position - Dates you would like to request off, indicate specifically (Holiday, Personal day, Vacation, Unpaid leave and etc…) Must be approved by your supervisor .
