居家压疮发生患者与家属相关因素的探析及护理对策Patients with pressure ulcers occur that occupy the home and family analysis of relevant factors and nursing countermeasure李某某【摘要】目的：探讨居家压疮发生与家属的相关因素及护理措施。方法：采用问卷调查的方法对2014年1月-2016年1月在本院就诊或住院治疗后出院的居家压疮发生患者的68例家属进行调查，分析其压疮预防知识、态度及行为现状。结果：本组家属对压疮知识掌握程度不高；在压疮知识认知上，大专及以上学历者优于大专以下学历者（P0.05），接受过培训者优于未接受过培训者（P0.05），有护理经验者优于无护理经验者（P0.05）；在压疮防护态度及行为上，大专及以上学历者优于大专以下学历者（P0.05），接受过培训者优于未接受过培训者（P0.05），有护理经验者优于无护理经验者（P0.05）。结果：家属预防压疮意识薄弱是导致患者压疮发生的关键因素，应加强家属压疮防护健康教育，并通过多种形式的健康知识宣教，提升其对压疮防护的正确认识，减少患者压疮的发生。【关键词】居家护理；压疮；家属；护理干预【 abstract 】 objective: to study the pressure sores that occupy the home and family related factors and nursing measures. Results: family weak consciousness of prevention of pressure ulcers is the key factor of patients with pressure ulcers occur, family pressure ulcers prevention health education should be strengthened, and through various forms of health knowledge education, improve its correct understanding of pressure ulcers prevention, reduce the happening of the patients wit
