加工支座组合夹具虚拟拼装设计摘 要组合夹具是在夹具零部件完全标准化的基础上，根据积木化原理，针对不同的工件对象和加工要求，拼装组合而成的夹具。夹具用完后可进行拆卸，留待组装新的夹具。它主要用于单件、中小批多品种生产和数控加工中，是一种较经济的夹具。目前已基本普及，各城市及各大工厂均有自己的组合夹具站。本文通过五章内容介绍了加工支座组合夹具的设计，第一章先对机床夹具和组合夹具的概念、作用和发展趋势做出了明确的说明。从第二章到第五章分别对车Φ28H8孔零件的组合夹具设计、铣A、C两平面零件的组合夹具设计、刨B面及槽零件的组合夹具设计、钻2-M10底孔零件的组合夹具设计进行了详细的阐述，每章都通过零件图的分析、零件的组合夹具设计方案的拟定、零件的组合夹具的总体设计、夹具装配工程图上尺寸公差及技术要求的标注、零件在夹具中的定位方案分析（从零件图分析应限制哪些自由度、从夹具定位方案分析已限制了哪些自由度、定位方案论证）、零件在夹具中的夹紧、零件加工误差的分析、保证零件图各项精度要求的分析、组装过程及注意要点、本夹具的使用操作过程说明、本夹具的优缺点分析。关键词： 支座 组合夹具 定位夹紧Virtual Assembly of Support Processing Modular FixtureABSTRACTModular fixture is based on the standardization of fixture parts , according to the principle of modular, and machining object and according to different requirements, becomes the assembling fixture. After using ,Fixture can be removed to a new assembly fixture. It is mainly used for single piece, small batch and more varieties of production and in the numerical control processing.It is a kind of more economic fixture.It has basic popularization, each city and each big factory all have their own combination fixture standard. The fifth chapters in this paper, introduces the processing support modular fixture design.The first chapter introduce the machine tool fixture and the concept, function and development trend of the modular fixture very clearly .From chapter 2 to chapter 5 respectively introduce the design of Φ 28 h8 hole parts of modular fixture , milling A and C two plane parts of modular fixture , plane surface and groove part B of modular fixture , drilling and 2 - M10 bottom intake of modular fixture.
