中小企业是我国国民经济和社会发展的重要力量,促进中小企业发展,是保持国民经济平稳较快发展的重要基础,是关系民生和社会稳定的重大战略任务。Abstract
The small and medium-sized enterprise is an important force in Chinas national economic and social development, promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, is an important basis to maintain stable and rapid development of the national economy, is a major strategic task of the relationship between peoples livelihood and social stability.
Although?our country small and medium-sized?enterprise performance management?system has begun to take shape,?but there are many?problems,?serious impact on the enterprise?performance evaluation?to keep people,employing,?educating?function.?The knowledge staff?as the core competitiveness of enterprises,?plays a key?role in the development of enterprises,?to make a performance?management really?play the role of incentives,?must be combined with?the characteristics of knowledge workers,?the demand?and incentive?mode,?explore?more targeted,more?effective way of performance management?and incentive mechanism.
According to the characteristics of small and medium enterprises, analyzes a series of problems existing in the process of the implementation of performance management in the small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
