畢业设计书
摘 要本设计的任务是进行造船板轧制工艺设计,典型产品规格为25mm×2200mm,钢种牌号为DH36高强度船板。整个设计是以参考资料实际生产所得的经验数据为基础;通过对轧板厂生产中的工艺制度及厂房的布置的熟悉,查阅大量文献资料,提出了较为合理的DH36高强度船板的工艺制度。在保证DH36船板良好的内部结构和较高的综合机械性能的前提下,合理选择坯料、制定压下制度、温度制度、加热制度及时间制度等,并对每一步做出合理的分析说明,制定出较为合理的工艺制度,充分发挥出设备的生产能力。本次设计在提高产品质量和保证机械设备承受能力的前提下,采用了Ⅱ型控制轧制工艺。同时,还对轧辊的强度、电机过载、发热等都进行了校核。在工艺设计结束时,结合生产中的经验数据对该产品的产量进行了计算。通过此次DH36高强度船板的设计,为以后的实际生产提出了合理的理论依据。

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this design is focused on the rolling processes design of shipbuilding plate. The typical product is the high strength hull structural steel grade of DH36 with 25 thickness and 2200 width. The design is based on the reference and the data of actual production experience; through being familiar with the plate rolling process system and the plant layout, consulting a large number of literatures,a more reasonable proprocess for producing the DH36 high strength shipbuilding steel was proposed. On the premise of guaranteeing the good products and higher mechanical property, to select the suitable slabs, make the formulation schedule, temperature schedule, heating schedule and time schedule etc. A further analysis is done and a more reasonable process is established, thus the equipments can work at its efficient condition. In this design, mode Ⅱ rolling control process is employed in order to produce high quality products and to avoid overload of the mechanical equipments. Thereafter, the strength of the rolls, overload of the motors and heat generation etc. were verified. In the end of this design, the product yield were calculated through combining with the production of empirical data. With the design of high strength shipbuilding steel, a theory was established which can be used as a guidance for the future real industry.
