摘 要纵观全球,经济的快速发展使得能源问题与环境问题日益凸显,然而新能源发电的发展,很有力地缓解了这些问题。其中光伏发电已逐步形成规模化发展,全球各国这些年对光伏并网发电的发展做出了巨大的贡献。光伏并网系统中的逆变器直接影响着并网效率以及输出电能质量的提高,因此,研究光伏并网逆变器对于光伏并网系统非常重要。全文以建立单相光伏并网控制平台为目标,首先就光伏并网发电的研究背景及其发展现状做了简洁的陈述,接着就系统的分类和组成进行了简单的介绍;然后对本课题的主要研究部分即单相全桥式逆变电路和在单极性SPWM控制方式下的逆变电路的工作模式和工作时区在理论上作了深入浅出的分析,并用心领会其核心思想。在完成了对上面相关理论的分析和研究之后,就在Matlab的仿真环境中先后搭建了单极性SPWM调制原理模型、单极性SPWM控制方式下的单相全桥式逆变电路模型和采用滞环控制的单相光伏并网系统模型。通过对它们的仿真后得到了理想的波形结果,同时对波形进行了傅里叶分析。关键词:光伏并网发电;单相逆变器;单极性SPWM;仿真AbstractThroughout the world, the rapid development of the economy makes energy issues and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent, however, the development of new energy power generation which is very effective to alleviate these problems. And PV power generation has gradually formed the scale of development, in the past few years, the world countries have made a great contribution to the development of photovoltaic grid connected power generation. PV grid connected system has a direct impact on the grid efficiency and output power quality, therefore, it is very important to study the photovoltaic grid connected inverter for photovoltaic system.The full text aim at establishing the single-phase photovoltaic grid connected control platform, first of all, briefly state the research background and development status of grid connected photovoltaic power generation. Then, introduce briefly the classification and composition of the system; And then the main research of this topic is analyzedin theory, which are the single-phase full bridge inverter circuit and the unipolar SPWM control mode of the inverter circuit and the working mode and the working time zone.
