西北农业学报 2000, 9( 1): 118～ 122 Acta Agricultur ae Bo r ea li-occidentalis Sinica 我国棉蚜抗药性研究现状 洪波1 ,陈安良2 ,冯俊涛2 ,张兴2 ( 1. 宁夏农学院, 永宁 750105; 2.西北农林科技大学无公害农药研究服务中心, 陕西杨陵 712100) 摘 要: 棉蚜对有机磷类杀虫剂的抗性发展比较缓慢 ,有些地区抗性水平仍处于敏感或敏感度降低阶段;对 氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂的主要品种抗性倍数大多在 40倍以下 ,处于低至中抗水平;对拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂的抗 性水平发展极快 ,已产生极高水平抗性 ,菊酯类杀虫剂已失去了对棉蚜的实际防治作用。 棉蚜对杀虫剂的抗 性机理涉及到靶标敏感度下降、体内解毒酶系活力升高等多种机理。 对棉蚜的抗药性治理主要采用合理用 药 ,结合农业和生物防治等措施进行综合治理。 关键词: 棉蚜; 杀虫剂 ; 抗药性; 抗性机理 ; 抗性治理 中图分类号: S4350. 671 文献标识标: A 文章编号: 1004-1389( 2000) 01-0118-05 The Current Study on the Insecticide-Resistance of Cotton Aphids in China HON G Bo1 , CHEN An-liang2 , FEN G Jun-tao2 , ZHAN G Xing2 ( 1. So the pyreth roids hav e no t been able to control the cotton a phid. The resistant mechanism of cotto n a phid to insecticide is relev ant to m any facto ries .
