环渤海经济圈区域技术创新差异及其时空演化研究 蒋建华 1，张承伟 1，高红梅 2 （1.浙江工业大学 经贸管理学院，浙江 杭州 310023；2.浙江水利水电学院，浙江 杭州 310018） 摘要：技术创新差异是构成区域经济差异的内在原因。研究以专利申请授权量为测度指标，采用锡尔系数分解方法、 探索性空间（ESDA）分析方法，对环渤海经济圈2001-2011年10年间区域技术创新存在的差异及其时空演化格局进 行分析。研究结果表明：2001-2011年环渤海经济圈区域技术创新总体差异呈波浪式下降趋势，区间差异发展不均 衡，山东半岛区内差异最大；环渤海经济圈区域技术创新集聚态势不明显，呈随机分布态势；环渤海经济圈区域技术 创新水平呈现“两极分化”分布；环渤海经济圈区域技术创新热点演化总体格局相对稳定；区域技术创新增长热点跃 迁明显。 关键词：区域技术创新；专利申请授权量；锡尔系数；时空演化 中图分类号：F061.5；F403.6 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1007-5097（2014） 04-0060-06 A Study on Differences of Regional Technological Innovation and Their Spatial-temporal Evolution in Bohai Economic Circle JIANG Jian hua1, ZHANG Cheng wei1, GAO Hong mei2 （1. Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power, Hangzhou 310018, China） Abstract: Differences of technological innovation constitute the internal cause of regional economic disparities. This paper makes an analysis on the existing differences of regional technological innovation as well as spatial-temporal evolution in Bo hai Economic Circle from the year of 2001 to 2011 by applying the method of Theil decomposition and exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA). The results show that the overall difference of regional technological innovation in Bohai Economic Circle appears a downward wavy trend during the year of 2001 to 2011. It also shows uneven regional development, while the biggest difference is in Shandong Peninsula. The agglomeration trend of regional technological innovation in Bohai Eco nomic Circle is not obvious and presents a trend of random distribution. The level of technological innovation presents a po larization distribution in Bohai Economic Circle. The overall pattern of evolution of technological innovation hotspot is rela tively stable in Bohai Economic Circle. The growth hotspots of regional technological innovation are obvious.
