摘 要 本论文是以液压锻造操作机平行升降机构为基础,设计一套利用液压传动来实现的的升降控制系统集成块,要实现平升、平降、上下倾斜和钳杆回弹等动作,并完成液压原理图设计和液压元件选用,另外对各元件的工作原理进行介绍。论文重点是完成集成阀块尺寸设计、内部油孔设计以及表面粗糙度的选择。同时对系统中油液的输送过程作了介绍,并对其动作也进行了简单的介绍。 液压集成块的集成体现了它通油能力大,流阻损失小,泄露少,系统的振动小,元件维修、更换方便和效率高等优点,结构紧凑、元件密度高、占据面积少、变化灵活方便、容易实现标准化。从而大大改善了液压机多年来存在的漏油,安装维修不便和可靠性差等状况。 关键词: 平行升降机构 上下倾斜机构 钳杆回弹机构 液压集成块 液压阀 ABSTRACT The paper is take the hydrostatic forging operation machine parallel elevating mechanism as a foundation, designing a set of integration block by the cuing control system which realizes using the hydraulic transmission. The ealizes the movements ,including evenly rises, evenly to fall, high and low, nippling lever snapping back and so on, and completes the hydraulic pressure schematic diagram’s design and the hydraulic element’s select; Moreover, the paper carries on the introduction to various parts principle of work.The key point of paper is to Complete the design of size of the pile-up valve block, the design of internal oil hole as well as the choice of surface roughness. At the same time, the process of the oil transportation was introduced in the system, and the action of which also have had a brief introduction The integrated blocks integration reflects its smaller loss, less leakage, vibration small, easy maintenance, high efficiency advantages, so as to improve the hydraulic oil spill, installation and maintenance inconvenience, and other conditions, significantly improving the hydraulic performance.
