毕业设计说明书基于AMESim的油气悬挂模型建立及分析学生姓名: 学号:学 院:专 业:指导教师:2016年 6 月基于AMESim的油气悬挂模型建立及分析摘 要 随着经济和技术的发展,基础设施技术含量越来越高,对于矿用机械和矿用车辆,改善其性能的重要技术手段就是优化悬挂控制策略和优化悬挂参数,矿用车长时间运行且在恶劣环境中作业,那么油气悬挂需要更稳定和更可靠的性能,为了降低成本,缩短开发周期,合理地设计和模拟其性能显得非常重要,因此对油气悬挂的研究有重要的意义。 了解和对比各种油气悬挂的特点,选外置气室油气分隔式悬挂作为研究对象,分析其结构、特点和原理,假设温度、气体可变系数、油液密度等为常量,建立油气悬挂数学模型,并利用AMESim软件建立相应的油气悬挂模型,进行模拟仿真,分析系统模型中对车身位移特性、加速度特性有影响的变量,变量有油缸内径、活塞杆直径、蓄能器初始压力、蓄能器初始体积、阻尼孔直径等,改变这些变量数值,仿真分析其对这些特性的影响。通过分析不同参数对悬挂刚度、悬挂阻尼影响,总结其规律,提出优化设计悬挂参数数值的方案。关键词:AMESim,油气悬挂,悬挂刚度,悬挂阻尼Analysis for Hydro-pneumatic Suspension based on AMESimAbstractWith the development of economy and technology, infrastructure, more and more high technology , to mine machinery and mine car, improve its important technical means is to optimize the performance of suspension control strategies and optimization of suspension parameters, mine car is running for a long time and operation in the bad environment, so the hydraulic pneumatic suspension needs more stable and reliable performance, in order to reduce costs, shorten the development cycle, a reasonable design and simulated its performance that is very important, so the study of hydraulic pneumatic suspension has an important significance.
