前 言
本标准是根据原国家经济贸易委员会司(局)《关于下达 2000 年度电力行业标准制、修订计划项
目的安排》电力[2000]70 号文,对 DL441—1991 进行修订。
高温蒸汽管道蠕变监督的目的是保证管道的安全运行。通过对管道定期、定型蠕变测量和数据分
析,及时掌握高温蒸汽管道金属的蠕变规律,为正确分析和预测管道的剩余寿命提供可靠的技术依据。
DL441—1991 自颁布实施至今已 10 年有余,在实施的过程中积累了丰富的经验,也提出了一些新的
问题,同时,在新修订的 DL438—2000《火力发电
