摘 要 人事管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS),其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。系统分析部分，通过对的分析，确定了本系统应用于Windows NT，网络建立在 Windows 2000 Server 等操作系统软件平台之上。在人事管理系统的分析中确定了系统大概要完成的功能和使用DELPHI 6.0 和SQLSEVER2000作为开发工具。系统开发环境部分，着重介绍了开发工具DELPHI 6.0和SQL SEVER2000的基本特性以及选择的原因。需求分析部分，分析了人事管理系统的基本目标和功能要求，包括项目背景和开发目标，系统的用户需求和具体系统功能需求描述。人事管理系统的详细设计部分说明了依据系统分析与设计时提出的要求，予以编程实现的过程，重点介绍了数据库的详细设计和人事管系统各块的详细设计以及系统的测试方案。信息管理系统数据库系统DELPHI 【Abstract】The system of managing people file is a typical application of managing information system （know as MIS）,which mainly includes building up data-base of back-end and developing the application interface of front-end. The former required consistency and integrality and security of data. The later should make the application powerful and easily used .The parts of system analysis, the Windows NT system is ordered applying the this system .The network build up Windows2000 Server of operation system soft plate .By analysis the personnel manage system decides most function that the system must be finished and the DELPHI 6.0 and SQL SERVER2000 being used by developed tools .The parts of request analysis, it analysis the base object and function request of personnel manage system, including system analysis and request of design ,user request and specific function request of system .The parts of particular design ,the request of system analysis and design ,the process of programs coming true ,keystone introduce the particular design of database, data flow chart of system and modules particular design of personnel manage system and test project of system.
