利用智能可穿戴设备优化 大学生运动健康管理相关问题的研究 摘 要 随着人们现在对健康问题的更加关注，人们对和健康有关产品的关注也越来越多，尤其是大学生们。随着社会发展和经济的进步，佩戴智能可穿戴设备的大学生越来越多，大学生利用智能可穿戴设备来监测自己健康问题的人越来越多，更多的人开始关注运动健康管理的问题。本文通过对大学生个性化教学、运动处方论和归因、认知失调、行为强化理论的分析来对各国的大学生进行研究分析，利用对大学生体质现状以及其他的一切研究，来分析智能可穿戴设备可以对大学生的运动健康管理的优化作用。并通过社会、政府、企业的支持和大学生身体状况的具体测量了解可穿戴设备的各种功能作用，分析各种不同智能可穿戴设备的不同作用。目前，智能可穿戴设备领域发展迅速，各式各样的智能可穿戴设备种类和数量繁多，现在对于我们大学生来说，了解智能可穿戴设备所能带给我们的真正好处是第一要务，其次我们要有针对性的进行设备的选择，最后制定出合理的运动健康计划，来提高大学生自身的身体素质，达到运动健康管理的目标。 关键词：智能可穿戴设备；大学生；运动健康管理 Intelligent wearable device was used to optimize college students sports health management issues related to research Abstract As people now more attention to health problems, and health related products to the attention of people more and more, especially college students.
