炼钢厂冷却水水源热泵的设计 学位论文

摘 要 近年来全国各地的雾霾问题日渐严重,粗犷经济发展模式在我国已经行不通。新能源、可再生能源开发利用和节能减排是我国基本国策。热泵是能够将低品位热能转换为高品味热能的装置,从而实现工业废热的再利用,不仅节能更可以提高能源的利用率,所以热泵装置的开发利用,符合我国目前经济发展状况和环境状况。热泵分类中水源蒸汽压缩式热泵是比较常用的形式,具有热源分布广,结构简单,初投资少,不污染水源等特点。 本文主要进行炼钢厂冷却水水源热泵的设计,经过分析国内外实例及经济性分析比较后,最后确定了开启式单螺杆热泵机组的研究方案,并在热源提取上进行创新,解决了炼钢厂冷却水降温后结渣堵塞换热器的难题。所以此方案兼具可靠性和经济性。本设计先对系统工作原理进行阐述,并进行方案论证。确定方案后进行系统的热力计算,由热力计算的结果对系统蒸发器和冷凝器进行设计计算,并得出所需压缩机的参数,然后进行压缩机选型。最后还对系统的其他零部件进行选型,其中包括真空泵,轴流风机,膨胀阀及油过滤器。最后还完成了系统流程图,蒸发器,冷凝器以及中间换热器的装备图。 关键词: 热泵机组;冷凝器; 蒸发器 Abstract In recent years, haze increasingly serious problem across the country, the rough model of economic development in China has not feasible. New energy, renewable energy development and utilization and energy conservation is Chinas basic national policy. Heat pumps are able to convert low-grade heat energy means high taste, enabling re-use of industrial waste, not only energy but also improve energy efficiency, so the development of a heat pump unit, in line with the current economic development and environmental conditions in China. Classification of water vapor compression heat pump heat pump is a relatively common form, has a wide heat distribution, simple structure, low initial investment, do not pollute the water and so on. This paper mainly steel plant cooling water source heat pump design, through analysis of examples and comparative economic analysis of the domestic and foreign, the finalization of the open-type single screw pump units research programs and innovation in the heat extraction to solve the steel after cooling plant cooling water heat exchanger clogging slagging problems. So this program both reliability and economy.
