本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目 论南京市导游现状与分析 xx院 院（系）xx旅游管理 专业 学生姓名 xx 学号 xxxxxxxxxxxx 指导教师 xxxx 职称 讲师 起讫日期 2012年11月10日～2013年3月24日 设计地点 xxx学院 摘 要 导游是南京旅游业的生力军,也是旅游体验舞台上不可或缺的角色,是旅游交往活动中不可替代的角色,是联系游客与东道主居民的纽带与桥梁,是传播文化的使者。随着旅游业的发展,现如今的导游必须一专多能,导游不仅仅是要完成旅行社交给的任务,而且为旅游者提供讲解服务,生活服务,导游引导帮助旅游者进行旅游审美,为游客创造“高峰体验。 随着各地纷纷建立导游服务机构来管理社会导游,导游的身份由“国家干部”转变为一种社会职业,地位剧降,风光不再。近年来,导游罢工、导游谩骂游客等事件接二连三地发生更令人心寒!现实生活中的种种表明导游的生存状况遭到了较为严重的威胁。导游职业的现状在各方面不同程度地出现了问题,例如,导游对自身工作的认同度低,口碑不佳,被社会边缘化,人员流动率高,薪酬机制不健全。部分旅行社在导游出团前不给导游支付相应的费用,甚至出团前向导游收取“人头费”,导游不得不靠收取各种名目的回扣以提高收入,导致游客与导游之间冲突频发,游客怨声载道。然而,又有大量的新人不顾上述种种问题,加入导游队伍,致使导游的整体数量供大于求,尤其是处于饱和状态的中文导游。 随着导游职业的社会化,导游数量急剧上升,但导游质量却是年年下降,本文就目前南京导游人力资源的学历、等级等现状为主,分析其现状和所存在的问题,并提出相应的对策与建议。 关键词：南京导游；人力资源；现状分析；对策 ABSTRACT Tourism guides is the main force of Nanjing tourism.Tour guide is also an indispensable role in the tourist experience stage,the travel contact activities,and is the link and bridge to contact tourist with residents and an envoy of culture.With the development of tourism,today’s guide should expert in one thing and good at many.Tour guide not only have to complete the task of travel agency ,but also have to provide tourists with the guide and life service,who help tourists have aesthetic feelings,and to create peak experiences for tourists. With the more established travel served organizations to manage social guides,the identity of the guide changed from “the national cadre” to kind of social careers,sharp dropping in status without admiration.Recently,there are such issues of tour guides striking and abusing tourists that we are more chilling.The real life indicates that the tour guides抣iving conditions have been threatenedf seriously.Problems appeared in every aspect of the current situation of tour guides inordinately,for instance,the low degree of recognition of their work,bad public praise,marginalized by society,h
